As a business owner in the city of Los Angels who pays taxes, the entire system has and is failing us. The streets are in a complete mess, trash everywhere, homelessness is rampant and the city and cities within the city look like a 3rd world county. This falls back on all of the current leaders from the mayor to our governor. If you care about the city you have to be frustrated and disgusted. These photos were taken in Vernon
