I had an 11:30 appointment time. By 12:30, I was STILL sitting in the waiting room to be called. When I asked the receptionist if she had any idea how much longer it would be, she said the doctor breaks for lunch at 1:30 and I would be seen before then. 2 HOURS after my scheduled appointment time? The worst place EVER!! PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. Went in to get a new pair of glasses for my son in December before winter break from school started to call and see if they were ready today 1/4/18 before school starts Monday. The worst optometry staff ever,very rude and unprofessional, tried to call for scheduling an appointment but nobody answered, went to clinic to schedule the appointment, they said we don't do appointment in clinic, and you have to call,which they don't answer, what a ridiculous system!!!
