I stayed at the Palmdale location for 7 months. There are some truly excellent customer service driven employees but for the most part, my stay was horrendous. The Manager was never there. When she was present, she was she was off-putting and dismissive. How this person got a leadership position in the Customer service industry is a mystery. For a brand new hotel this place sucks. Rooms are super small. There was smell in the halls from all the trash bags. Yes trash bags outside of just about every room on the floor. It was weird. First time Staying here was on March 21, 2026. First off this hotel had the longest check-in I’ve ever experienced. Only hotel I’ve been to that kept asking over and over my reason for my stay.
