For my old house, he carefully cleaned the existing pipes, added new lining to existing pipes, replaced broken sections, lined the mainline, and installed clean-outs. Art did an amazing job, front to back. I am SO grateful to him for figuring out our issue from the getgo, which wasn't easy. We hired two other companies to come try and figure out why our hot water kept going cold occasionally. They both assured us that it had to be the mixing valve or cartridge failure. I hired them for backflow device testing for my house because the company I had using doesn't provide the service anymore.
