I come here often usually more towards closing time, and sometimes there will be a long line about half the time. The staff is cool. My wife and I stopped by this Vons to do our grocery shopping since we were in the area. We found parking easily near the front entrance and walked inside. The flowers are on the left side of the store and the deli is on the right. This Vons is a decent size and has self checkout station along with cashier station as well. We found everything we needed. — Peter X

After an additional hour of waiting for a 4:30 PM chicken pickup, which was then delayed until 5:30 PM, I was unfortunately accused of theft as I was leaving. My cart was locked at the doors, which was quite frustrating, especially given the inaccurate pickup time. I was just kicked out of Vons when one of the employees made my dog bark, trying to touch her and play with her. I'm not sure if it was the manager who approached me, but he was rude. He asked me to leave because dogs were not allowed, but he didn't even ask if she was an emotional support dog or something. I'm starting to think this white man was racist. Cashier at the self checkout was rude. He needs to change his tone when speaking to other people, customers or not. Store was dirty and discouraged me to purchase anything. I needed the items asap but I wouldn’t have purchased anything if I had another choice. — okay and?
