Lived in this neighborhood for 20 years. Unfortunately there is a clear decline in service here. OG employees are great but newer employees are much less helpful. This store also isn't as prepared as they used to be in the mornings. I think maybe they aren't having employees come in as early to prep. It's not as convenient to do morning runs (8am) anymore because I just end up having to come back later when things are ready. They have hired some new staff for the deli. Staff is nice but security measures are off the chart it is terrible to get in and out of the store because the stupid gates they put up that are pointless. My disabled mother couldn’t get out or in because the gates are so ridiculous they are not meant for entry or exit yet they are in the way of both the doors. This is ridiculous.
