While the doctor was nice, she downplayed the severity of my dogs joint issue, and just attempted to refer us to make an additional $300 consultation with a specialist (also vca). Reception did not look up from their computers, assist us at all when we walked in or be helpful in any way. The veterinary assistant was great and sweet and treated our pup great! I found a Belgian Malinois with no collar or chip that had been hit by a car and left on the street on Wednesday 9/17. Thankfully, a few strangers and I were able to get her into my car, and I brought her to VCA TLC Pasadena. Since she wasn’t my dog, the staff were upfront in explaining that I’d need to take financial responsibility if I wanted all of her injuries treated. They explained how ever… — Deanna

She diagnosed her with a sprained ankle and we got a treatment plan with pain medicine. Today our beautiful Peb… — Elsa Aleman

First off, you can't get an appointment here for any medical problem - only for a well check. So if your dog has itchy skin or a digestive upset, you're doing a wa… — Anne-Marie Colwell
I brought my cat Misti here today after her first bout of urinary issues, and they were so so helpful! I was able to get all of the testing that I wanted done to rule out everything but the culprit, and they’ve been in great communication with me about Misti and always are there to answer questions over the phone super kindly and respectfully. I love this vet- they cured my fear of emergency anim… — chloe defrance
