Horrible customer service! I told the teller Lilict that I could not hear her that I have hearing issues. I went in to make a withdraw and I tell her how much, she tells me, you don't have that much! She got the amount wrong and told me that "I can do you a 1 time favor" so being upset I said fine! She said "You have to ask me"! Wow! So I begged her if I can have my money please! Horrible service I wish I never opened a business account here worst banking experience I ever had. I opened an account and had two walk in 4x to find out my account isn’t active and have to come in asking why to fix it while losing direct deposits. Lindsey, the Branch Manager was extremely helpful! I had experienced extremely poor service at another branch with my maiden name not matching my married name, etc...but she took the time to get everything changed and finally my funds available to me!
