Great experience here. I scheduled a time slot online earlier in the day, so didn't have to wait very long upon arrival. Dr. Yee was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything very clearly. Loved the doctor and most of the medical staff that helped me today, but I hate EVERYTHING ABOUT THE BUILDING AND IT’S LAYOUT!! Why would you put Urgent Care in the front of the building but NOT THE URGENT CARE FRONT DESK AT THE ENTRANCE?!?! WHY?!?! Doctors and supervisors are rude and dismissive. They don't have compassion and tell you you have to wait and endure pain. They also only give pain meds that last only a few days with no refills. Don't come here — Joe Hunziker

Really awful experience here today. Years ago, I had Kaiser and went into urgent care with a fever and chest pain. The doctor didn’t even look at me and just stared at the chart, said it was pneumonia, gave me meds, and sent me home. I felt like cattle being rushed through. Turns out, I didn’t have pneumonia.
