Checked in in the evening around 9:30 pm and was left waiting with no one at the front desk. When someone did show up, I asked if he could check me in and he informed me that he hadn’t clocked in yet. Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and, honestly, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. At 11:00 PM, a fire broke out in the room directly across from ours, and the entire hotel had to be evacuated.
