On Sept 24 I emailed Toluca Lake Florist an order for a Happy Bday arrangement to be delivered Sept 28 to an address 1/2 mile away. They emailed me back Sept 24 confirming the delivery and asked for a back up cell#. I also responded back within mins on Sept 24 and gave them a 2nd cell#.
