Called to see what the options were to repair, replace or refund. Was given the run around to call the manufacturer because the “issue” was not reported within 48 HOURS! I had to bring back a couple of shark bite elbows because apparently I got the wrong ones. The girl at the return counter was very nice let me go back and get what I needed exchanged everything for me put it on a home Depot gift card so I could get the parts I needed right now and not have to wait for the money to come back to my bank card — Michelle Horne

I needed a heetur for my RV I just got a puppy. I went to Home people to look, an hour before they closed. The first employee I asked literally pointed with their finger, where they assumed the heaturrs were. I couldn't help but to inform them that if this was 1993, they would've been written up for not walking the customer to the items exact location.
