Got the ultimate package ($21) , someone was supposed to dry my car. No one there, asked the guy who charged me, told me he will let the owner know. Vacuums don’t work, when informed the same guy again same response. Basically the place is an over priced gas station car wash. — Avak
I have been coming here more than 20 years . It seems as if the prices are going up - however, what they advertise has gone down. Manager Ruben goes above and beyond every single day. Today he helped me fix my bumper with zip ties and I didn’t have to ask. He just noticed the issue and offered to help. This Gas Station has the best customer service in all of SFV. — Daniel Flores
