My daughter and I had an amazing opportunity today!!!! We were permitted to tour the facility and become more informed about the roasting process and the art of coffee. It was absolutely delightful to meet Marco and Iman. I ordered the Ethiopia Organic Yirgacheffe and used my pour over. I'm new to the coffee scene, but I can say this is the best cup of coffee I've made so far. The bag says Tangerine, Blackberry, Winey. I smelled and tasted all three which really put a smile on my face. I'm definitely sold and will keep this coffee in my house at all times!
