Asked for light ice on my iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso venti. They put heavy iced and when I complained about it Maria had an attitude and said that’s how the drink is, asked me what do I want to replace Ice with more milk? They don’t know how to make the drinks. My coffee is always hot when it’s suppose to be an iced coffee. My matcha was supper foamy and then half gone.
