Been a continuous customer of this location, purchased coffee cake pops and teas often here. Lizette is one of the workers here , she refused to allow my daughter and I to use the restroom, and as a loyal Starbucks customer I feel completely disrespected by this company that to use the restroom I have to make a purchase ? I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve been going to Starbucks for 6 years, and these people don’t make my drink right. I ask for vanilla sweet cream, and they don’t even know what it is, despite it being on the menu. I pay 7 bucks for a drink only for them to consistently make it wrong. This is a solid Starbucks, love them in the drive-thru and in store for their food and drinks. My main complaint is about the inside experience of Starbucks. The store is clean and they have a few really great tables where you can sit and work which is what I came in to do today.
