I have visited several Korean bath houses nationwide and this was the most disappointing one. Customer Service: First time here and I ask the front desk clerk do they give tours so that I know what is in the facility. A great way to spend my birthday! My friend and I had the most wonderful time here. Definitely worth the price and you can stay up to 7 hours with hour service. I had an amazing experience at Spa Palace! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The spa was spotless, peaceful and had a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The service was exceptional and the staff made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Every detail was thoughtfully done and I left feeling refreshed rejuvenated and stress free.… — Patty Wilson
If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in expecting to unwind and instead was met with the view of the roof caving in over me in the hot tub area. Not relaxing at all to say the least. Please save your $40 and go anywhere else. Slippers are not included in the price either. The massage chairs are charged by the minute and also not included. — C S

The facilities are clean, but it’s always dead for a reason…. I have a bag that I used to roll all my stuff because I have a bad back and I fold it up (it’s a small Hulken…) when I get into the locker and the lady wanted to like… — Allyson R
