Yesenia was so knowledgeable and patient and kind with all our questions. After knowing about this bakery for YEARS, I finally made the drive and brought along some friends. Customer Service is horrible. With my latest order a request I made wasn’t met in my order when I picked up and when I brought up the issue and it not being the first time it’s happened the manager, Patricia, asked to my face with attitude well why do you keep coming here then.
