I had an appointment today at 5:00 PM. I called at 5:17 PM to see if I could still make it; they asked how long it would take me to arrive, and I said five minutes. The person answering the phone spoke to the supervisor and told me they would see me. This will be my last visit here. I have consistently experienced issues at this establishment, and unfortunately, I feel I have been treated unfairly. I’ve noticed that I am the only patient being required to pay the deductible upfront, while others are not asked to do the same.
