It’s hard finding a good esthetician but Eva at second day wind and spa was amazing!! She was very caring about hearing my concerns and even my teen age daughters concerns. She gave me tips to improve mine and my daughters face routine. I am definitely going back with her and excited to take my daughter as well. I went in last Friday 3/27/26 for a massage and facial, I had a previous appointment last month on the 8th which I was unable to make, I didn't call to cancel my appointment and was charged a $75 no show me when I went in 3/27/26, they automatically deducted the $75 off my gift certificates. Not sure if the 5 star reviews are all FAKE or bots. But, this is my experience with them recently, I called to reschedule my couples massage. In doing so the lady on the phone let me know that I would be charged a “$75 bs fee”in order to reschedule due to not contacting them 4 hours before.
