I’ve been going with family for a couple years. They do have a high turnover rate for servers however they do have some that have been there and know the menu very well. If it’s not busy it’s open seating. You may also sit at the sushi bar top. My recommendations would be the Ron burgundy, or spicy tuna salad. I always have enjoyed sato but very rare I do go out to eat. For my new years eve I knew I wanted sushi rolls the waitress was super nice. Drove 40+ mins for terrible sushi and service. Walked in at 7:50 on a Saturday, ordered at around 8:05 and didn’t see or appetizer till around 8:40 all the while watching a table that had showed up after us, order after us, and with more people get their food, eat, and pay and leave all in the time it took to get our first sushi roll.
