I visit this place for its convenience, but unfortunately, it’s not as convenient as it seems. There are always vehicles parked in the handicapped spots without any handicap signs. Moreover, the customer service representatives are not very friendly. They lack the cheerful demeanor and smiles that one would expect from a customer-oriented service.
