I stopped by this Ralph this morning to get some sodas. I came in the early morning so I found parking easily close to the front of the entrance. When I walked inside, it was pretty quiet and since it was early, the deli area and meat area wasn't open yet. I saw that they closed some self checkout station probably to help limit theft. This location is MISERABLE, as evident by the employees who are unfriendly and unhelpful. The employees who are supposed to supervise and assist at self-checkout are more interested in their cellphones, and talking to each other. If you ask for help, you'll receive and eye-roll, a loud annoyed sigh, and attitude for interrupting them from doing nothing. One of the employees who works in the produ… — W Brennisen

This location is always out of the most basic items. Needed stamps and cashier checked me out, then went to get them and told me they were out and would have to refund me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an experience like this at this particular store. — Benjamin Z (Benji)

Store has gone downhill. Puts moldy and rotting produce and products out on shelves. Out of stock on many items. Constant solicitors outside. Tried the delivery app and it ended up with unapproved substitutes. Driver said they couldn't do anything - call Instacart - Instacart told me it was my fault (wow - poor customer service there!
