Very rude and unprofessional. I came in for a manicure and pedicure and simply said I didn’t want gel, and immediately got attitude from both ladies. The entire time they kept pressuring me to get gel, even though I repeatedly said no. No means no, it shouldn’t be that difficult to respect a client’s choice.
