Well it's my least favorite PetSmart in the area. Mostly because it's not very clean, it doesn't feel very safe, the staff is not very helpful, and it's just not very well stocked it just seems pretty bare and empty. As much money spent on inventory here, the service could use an uplift. Normally, the Lancaster location is good for 4-5 stars for dog/cat needs. Recently, I purchased an Aquarium kit.
