Lady in front is very nice but unfortunately I am Very disappointed, I am no longer bringing my dog here. I picked her up and her eyes were completely shut she couldn’t open them. They put human eyedrops on her, but vet said they should not have done that. She had gunk coming out of her eyes I was so worried. I brought my dogs to this groomer with a very clear timeline. I dropped them off at 12 p.m. and was promised they’d be ready by 4:30 p.m. because I had a movie to catch shortly after.
