For those completely uninitiated to this brand: you pick up a tray, paper, and tongs before walking around and selecting the pastries to put on your tray. When you’re done selecting, you take them up to the register. This is a nice new location for the chain. We tried the Feuillete au Chocolat (our favorite), the Almond Pastry, and the Almond Pastry with chocolate. The amount of chocolate on the Almond Pastry was just right — not too much. We also had a caffe latte with almond milk; it had some sweetness, not too strong, just right, but next time we’ll ask for it unsweetened for our taste. The staff was very welcoming (thanks!).
