I’ve never had a bad experience with this menchie’s location. The staff is always nice and its really clean in the front. I love the flavors and toppings they have to offer. They have a good amount of seats. They are pretty good with messes like spills. But why did I rate the atmosphere 4? The bathroom is always disgusting. There is grime everywhere, the toilet is old, I’m pretty sure there’s mol… — Mads R.

Not sure where the responsibility lies for cleaning the bathroom but it looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. A sign was posted in the bathroom to contact management if it was untidy, but no method to actually contact them. — April Coy
