The machinery malfunctioned and damaged my car. I filed an incident report with onsite management and was told it would be resolved. Months later and repeated attempts to talk to corporate and they said they have no record of an incident and then they just stopped responding altogether. Luv car wash on Sherman Way in Van Nuys is a great place to wash your car. You need to go during the week cuz on the weekends it's crazy but if you can get there after 7:00 even on weekends it's reasonable. I hadn't had very good experiences with the help there I must say.
