AVOID the Living Spaces Care Free Plan unless you like jumping through hoops to use it. I purchased a $105 Care Free Plan because of its "Win-Win" benefit, which promised that if I never filed a claim, I could apply the cost of the plan toward a future purchase. This review is for Karmel! My wife and I came I today ( Sunday, April 26th) and we were assisted my Karmel, she is absolutely incredible and the only reason we went ahead and bought the couch, literally 2 hours later. TL;DR: Paid for delivery and assembly, movers used the wrong bolts, and the store refused to provide the correct ones because the purchase was past the 1-year warranty. Poor accountability and customer service.
