I have been to this LensCrafters three times in the last 2-3 months. I now have regular glasses, sunglasses, and soon after today I’ll have safety glasses for work and the farm. I dealt with Robert in two sets of my glasses now and Vanessa on my other set, she did my sunglasses while Robert didn’t my regular glasses and helped me with my safety glasses today. I went in to ask for help to repair my glasses and the one guy at the front with glasses already seemed annoyed with me. Once I handed them to him, he said they are completely broken and couldn’t do anything. We contacted Amanda today. She assisted us with tracking a shipment we requested. She had very pleasant phone etiquette. She truly went above and beyond to assist us.
