They didn’t answer even though I was the ONLY caller. A stray cat that got hit by a car ended up going into a backyard to die safely !!! They are DID end up answering for about 2 seconds (annoyed) I was crying and it took me a SECOND for my screen to turn back on when he hung up. I’m truly baffled at how TERRIBLE of a job did. This people are hypocrites they don't care about animals they just care about receiving donations. Make a report and they will never show up unless it has to do with horses or valuable live stock like game fowls so they can later kill with gas or bb guns and hit owners with heavy citations. How can you claim to try to be saving the lives of these helpless animals when you don’t even give them a chance? Even when they’re on hold, have a transport and a human who wanted to love them? These people are heartless. They put down a dog named Lucy despite her having numerous people interested in adopting her. She was only 1 year old and had no behavior issues. Disgusting to see a shelter operate this way. — mooniix
