Very disappointed with this urgent care. We called ahead because I have an emergency — my nail is almost completely removed. We specifically asked if they accept our insurance, and they told us that they accept Lakeside Medical Group but we need to come in right away and said they would verify it in person. Jorge was awesome! He helped me check in, took my vitals, gave me shots, took really great care of me when I got dizzy from the shots, answered all my questions, gave me my meds etc., he was funny, caring professional & attentive.
