Started out easy to schedule and get a quote for replacing a broken window but the process to get our window replaced was not good. Between ordering the glass and shop not having it ready, to not showing up for at least two times when they were scheduled to replace it, to ordering the wrong size and needing to have it re-cut, a project that should have taken 3-5 days took over 2 weeks. Christian did the repair work for us. He repaired our gutter issue as well as re-enforcing the facia that I did not know was loose. He cleaned the gutter and applied sealant to stop dripping at the corner and edges. He was kind and efficient and reassured me that he will return if the repair fails in any way.
