Been coming here for years to use the gym and get a workout in with many of my friends and family. Recently was told we can't do any boxing type workouts, when in the past it was perfectly acceptable by the staff . We were even asked to be a part of the In shape open house doing boxing mitt work with a local professional boxer. The staff is amazing, kind and always a great part of a pleasant experience! Only issues I have is the slack and inability by management, to keep the spa running efficiently and the pool clean. Also they don't disinfect the decking and mats which need replacing. — Theolynn Carpenter
