I was very pleased with this hotel. Quiet, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast ( it was worth paying extra for). Our entire cast and crew for our movie shoot stayed at Holiday Inn in Palmdale. The entire staff were kind, helpful. professional, warm and friendly. Breakfast started at 5 AM – – which worked for our early calls. Dinner was offered in the evenings and that was helpful as well along with the bar being open. Anything we needed was taken care of. Rooms have good beds, nice furniture, lighting, good heat/ac..the first room i took i heard a buzzing sound every 2mins that went on for 30secs. It was very noticeable and persistent. Had to change rooms. Service is bad, they have no qualms making life difficult for their patrons. The front desk guy wasn't at all nice when i was dealing with the sound issue. Only place I’ll stay at! Location is great, clean building and rooms. Comfy beds, restaurant and bar right down stairs, and located close to everything you need!
