My fist time here, been wanting to see this place for a few years. Lowes customer service especially self check out sucks. I haven't seen a hardware. Last time I needed an O ring I drove 40 miles to find it. This place had about 6 drawers including metric O rings. The amount of tools was mind boggling. Plumbing supplies, hoses just wild. I went in on monday purchased a milwaukee lawnmower for 1300 went back 2 days later with unopened completely sealed lawnmower and receipt and they won't take it back.zNot posted anywhere about no returns on any tools. I’m from out of town and I needed brushes for my jackhammer. I found them at Henry’s thanks to a super helpful clerk and an incredible inventory. My only regret is that I didn’t get there with enough time to browse. What a fantastic store.
