Everything was great for our cat, he was able to get a window section and three tiers so more room to play/move. I liked that we got to also see and pick up where our cat stayed over. We had one question was unanswered via text so we asked in person. This was our first time leaving our Mookie at any boarding place, and it was amazing. They made our family feel so comfortable leaving him. This was the first time using Heavenly Pet Resort at this West Covina location. Friendly folks at the counter and those working with the pets.
