The gentleman that filled and colored my acrylics seemed to be overwhelmed by too many responsibilities. He was very distracted and did not take time to paint the sides of my nails, shape them well, cut off the nail that had grown beyond the acrylic or make sure that he had dried them properly. I needed my acrylics removed last minute and Linda was helpful and kind. She removed the acrylics so gently. This was the first time it didn’t hurt to get acrylics removed. I am very disappointed and unhappy with my experience, 243$ is what I paid . ( which I don’t mind if it was an efficient job ) , for one the nail tech was very slow , my nails had no shape, (I had asked for coffin)and looked bulky. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE.
