If you might sound rude sometimes, but she's not she just has a lot of phone calls. One has to have patience. The doctor always helps me. No matter what everyone in that office is very good. The office manager is a rude hostile lady who never returns calls or voicemails and the gets mad because you miss an appointments that they make without calling the patient to let them know. An office only works good when there is communication and good services. I think it’s time for a more respectful and responsible office manager who actually does her job! — Diana Chavez
Called to see a doctor for throat pain. And no doctor was available???? All the doctors and nurse practitioners we not in the office on a Wednesday. — Prosperity Partners
