My experience at this urgent care was disappointing . Front desk and PA were rude. Terri Whiting was the PA I don’t know how even she became a PA and they call her a Doctor , first she needs to learn manner . I don’t recommend this Urgent care . I am so lucky I found this Urgent Care in Panorama City that accepts MediCal insurance. They are my go-to place for minor issues because they already accommodated me way too many times before and provided an exceptional service every single time. Please don't go here, they did absolutely nothing for me. I was in so so much pain due to my muscles spasms, I could barely walk.
