Avoid this place. I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. The physician assistant began the appointment by telling me he had a lot of patients to see and did not have time to read the detailed intake information I had submitted beforehand. As a patient, that immediately made me feel like my concerns were not important. Despite the symptoms and information I provided, he asked v… — Anson Li
Well I dont know where to start but let me try to verbalize what happened today. I checked in by 2.30pm today. I was having a severe lower back pain. I was on crutches when i get there and barely standing. I was hoping to get a quick shot or some medication and I waited until 7pm and there was still 4 people in front of me and thepy are closing the facility by 8pm. I understand if you are short s… — Yağız Kırkbudak

Of course i do??? And thank god i did because he misdiagnosed me and then se… — Jacob Rumer
Always very seamless trip there - I usually make an appt but today I just walked in because it said no patients online, and it was accurate. In and out and I feel like the nurses & doc actually care to talk out symptoms with patient, feels like a family practice even though it's an urgent care. — Kylie Klunder
Symptoms indicated that I needed a simple test for infection but I could not book a same day appointment with my GP. Instead of worrying, I opted to visit ExerUrgent and walked out with the test results and a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Great, communicative staff and a very pleasant experience! — Barbara Romen
