I bought a packet of wheat bread yesterday. There were 4 to 5 pieces of bread in the middle of the packet that had a big hole in the middle looking like someone picked it out with their hands. The store probably knows this and still sells it to the customers. I find it unacceptable. — Kevin Tran
When it comes to Asian bakeries, Dukes is definitely one of my favorites. Yes, the prices are a bit higher, but many of the breads are larger in size and I feel like they use healthier ingredients, which makes it worth it. Horrible experience there. Ordered birthday cake for kids, but the cake was damaged; likely during transportation. Requested touch up on the damaged location, regrettably the shop only served as retail outlet and none able to touch up on site. We need to hustle to get replacement elsewhere within very short time.
