Reviews

Fantastic record store! I really liked their selection, a wide range from world music to local and jazz. As I told the person behind the counter, I do not know how they do it but their prices are really great! I saw sealed Blue Note tone poets or classic series for half of the price! — Alireza Tavassoli
Domino Sound Record Shack is a must-visit. Their selection is fantastic, spanning a wide range of genres. I was impressed by their Cajun music selection – I bought five records, and I was surprised by how many they had. The records I found were in great condition. Prices were reasonable, too. Highly recommended! — Stephen Meaux
Fantastic. Worldly & eclectic. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Highly organized, diverse stock. They also have their own label and collabs with Mississippi Records from Portland. Prices on new stock are shockingly reasonable. — Kelly O'Brien
Cumbia! Such a great cumbia selection, with staff knowledgeable of coastal Colombia music. Appreciated the passionate recommendations from the staff. Plenty of hip hop, soul, and jazz to pick through. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town! — Nico Smith
Dolly and I found an ORIGINAL album cover artwork by Barbara Kruger!!! It was $5! Pretty cool & cute record shop. I enjoyed the music they played while shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. — Melissa Sutherland Moss
