I have come to this salon at least 3 times in the past 2-3 years, having gotten my hair cut done by two stylists who have retired now, and was suggested to have it done with Yolanda instead. She has around 15 years of experience in cutting hair, and she has very nice customer service. Their wash was fine, no harsh water temperatures, and the shampoo smelled really nice and minty. My colorist was Yolanda. I came in for highlights and lowlights on my blonde hair. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. She put maybe 20 foils in my hair only on the sides. When she was done my hair was 2 shades darker with absolutely no blonde highlights just one solid color. For no reason he could explain, George covered my beautiful white hair with brown demipermanent color, leaving me blond with brown, orange, and yellow patches. When I went back for a correction, he scrubbed my head with ammonia, which broke the hair off at the scalp but didn't fix the color. Just beware and go elsewhere.
