This is the type of “day spa” I have been looking for in Los Angeles! The staff is friendly and inviting. To sum this up, massages and facials are amazing but I would skip the mani-pedi. I had a mani gel and pedi appointment, and I was really satisfied with the results. My nails came out beautifully. The spa is located inside the Westin Hotel, which gives it a great atmosphere and relaxing. Cecelia was wonderful, she was patient, friendly, and made the whole experience feel very comfortable. Brought my daughter in for her birthday and got us both a massage and a pedi (I got a mani too). The spa is lovely and comfortable. Our masseuse was also lovely. Everyone that worked there was very nice. Our nail tech was super sweet. NO LONGER IN THE BASEMENT!! The spa is now located inside on the 3rd floor which you can access via the blue elevator! Cecilia was working reception and she was so friendly and helpful!
