Nice hotel and the staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Our room was small and felt like everything was crammed in the room. The bar and Resturant was closed by 7pm. The biggest downfall was parking, they charge $12. Plus tax but there was no parking spaces available. We had to park behind the hotel in an area that was not well lit — Cyndi C

Horrible customer service, please choose another location. My mother who is not tech-savvy called in to reserve a room and was hung up on for simply asking for the cheapest room. The lady who answered sounded miserable from the beginning and seemed to have lost her patience after two questions. I stayed there on Saturday night and the place was so clean and safe. I will definitely stay there again. Just wished they had complimentary breakfast. Other than that super clean safe environment — Margaret Soto
