Just visited after the recent remodel and the store looks clean, and clearly a lot of thought went into making it. It’s awesome to see management putting in the effort to keep the shop looking so nice. a couple of my buddies from mercedes and I hit up this cold stone in specific because they give pretty large portions every time. Stopped by this Cold Stone to get some ice cream. I went with the chocolate ice cream and asked for a small cone but was given a waffle cone. My wife got French vanilla in a kid cone after she saw mine. I felt I overpaid for my ice cream because of the worker and was not happy about it. — Peter X
Bought a cake at this Cold Stone location and asked if they could write “Happy Birthday” on it. The young lady told me no. When I asked why, she said she just didn’t want to do it and added that if she did, it wouldn’t look good. If she isn’t willing to do her job, someone else should be. Completely unacceptable. If you cannot fulfill an order-then maybe you should not let customers place orders ahead it time? A rude and dirty girl ‘assisted me’ without looking at me and promptly told me hey hadn’t made many cakes that morning, including mine. She said I could have whatever was left in the almost empty freezer or I could get a refund. She was rude and I was left with no cake and no refund for 3-4 days. — Kristal Devis
