We weren't acknowledged or greeted when we approached the counter and the 2 employees were standing infront. The table where we sat down was dirty. The temperature outside was 51° the ceiling fans were on inside. It was uncomfortably cold. Not inviting to sit down and enjoy my ice cream inside. — Karla A. Sanchez
Went to get icecream for my daughters birthday. Service was really quick which was nice. They were patient while waiting for my daughter to state what she wanted which meant quite a lot. Ended up getting chocolate with cookies and sprinkles. The quality of the food was very good. Rich flavor of the icecream and ingredients tasted great. Prices are high and quantity is low. We had to ask them to give us the amount we were paying for. Like most businesses we are finding quality and service is falling short. Next time we'll just buy our own ice cream from the store and make it ourselves. — David Gomez
