This is the second time I come to this bank where I was given horrible customer service. It’s no wonder they have a 2.8 rating. The women have NO clue about their own policies and procedures. You cannot cash a check unless you already have the amount in your account. For example you cant cash a 700$ check unless you have 700$ already in your account. Also they can hold your check up to two weeks if you decide to deposit it in your account.
